Our founder E. L. Simmons, has over twenty years of business and event management experience.  In 2015 she was given the opportunity to serve on her own community association as president and became CAI trained and holds two certifications: CMCA and AMS and is a member of the Community Association Institute. 

 

After working diligently as Board President and onsite Manager to help transform one of Lakeridge's premier town home communities to the elegance it rightfully deserves, she decided that every community should have a taste of Castle Cream.
